Challenges included working in an operating plant, extremely compressed work schedule and extremely limited on-site material lay down. Our Pipe Fabrication shop supplied custom pipe spools and hydrostatic testing. The Central Engineering Group provided logistics expediting, BIM, clash detection, and design of various components that supplemented the project team keeping complete control of the project and resources, leading to on-time delivery of the critical plant addition.
